A peek inside of Baby Victor’s room!

While this is a compensated campaign in collaboration with Munchkin and Latina Bloggers Connect, all opinions expressed are my own.

Since my husband and I decided not to find out the sex of our baby ahead of time, we went with a very neutral palette and Chevron design when putting together the baby’s nursery at first. Baby Victor is now almost 9 months old and we decided it was time to upgrade his decor.

I still have another corner to finish and I have to arrange his book shelf but overall I’m really happy with how it’s coming along. Thankfully, we were able to just move around a lot of pieces we already had and just incorporated a new rug, bedding, curtains and some wall decals.

This is one of my favorite areas in his room. I love corner shelving since we get to display so many different things and how can I forget about his STEP diaper pail from Munchkin. I love how sleek and contemporary the design is. It flows so naturally with the rest of the room decor instead of being an eye sore. Most of all I love how it keeps his room smelling fresh. YES—you read that right! To lock-in the stink, the STEP diaper pail relies on the odor-busting duo of lavender-scented Arm & Hammer baking soda and Munchkin’s patented self-sealing technology which seals in odors as the lid closes. It’s definitely a registry-worthy item that seamlessly integrates into any nursery decor.

I got a lot of my decor inspiration from Pinterest and Etsy as well as just browsing the children’s aisle in Target and Homegoods. Those two stores are my go to when redecorating my home.

So what do you think about his new room decor? If you have any fun ideas of what I can add, leave a comment below because I love hearing other people’s inspirations.
