Nails – Twilight Rose

I’m really happy with this weeks manicure. I have been going crazy trying to find my nail tape and I finally was able to find it so I played around with different designs this week.

Main Polish: Essie Resort Collection ’14 in Under the Twilight

Accent Polish: Essie Resort Collection ’14 in Cocktails & Coconuts

Accent Glitter Polish: Maybelline Color Show in Gilded Rose

Those colors are great, just a small tip, to create fine lines on the nails you can use tape, just make sure that the bottom color is completely dry then create the line with the tape and take it off while the color is still wet, then top coat to finish! 🙂

thanks! 🙂 I do use regular tape also but only when I’m out of my nail tape from Kiss.

I always struggle when it comes to painting nails on my right hand LOL any tips on how to do it right? Always get the left perfect but the right looks a mess 🙁

ALOT of practice! I was awful at it at first but just kept doing it over and over. Eventually your hand will get steady and go slow… no rush. Each brush is different depending on the brand of polish your using too so some are easier.

Nice combination! That is a lovely shade of purple! Would you say it’s a true purple or does it lean too red or blue?

thanks! Def. not red more like a blue/black’ish. It’s very dark.

Thanks for your response, I’ve been on the hunt for a good purple!
