I’ve been testing out some more of Essie’s 2014 Resort Collection and I’m in loveee with this nude color.
Main Color: Essie – Cocktails & Coconuts
Accent Glitter: Sinful Colors – Pride
It took me 3 coats to achieve this color but there was no streaking and it was not overly thick which was great. It is a perfect color to add different designs or accent colors on top of as well. Do you like nude colors? If so – you must pick up Cocktails & Coconuts!
Introducing the Essie 2014 Resort Collection…..
Each bottle retails for $8.50 and is now available at Essie.com, fine salons & beauty destinations worldwide.
So far I have only tested out ‘Under the Twilight’ – it is a deep plum color and with only one coat you get great results. Keep a look out for my weekly manicures to check out the other shades.
I’ve gotten so used to doing my own manicures at home that I only visit a nail salon when I need a pedicure as well as every other month to get a professional cuticle clean up. This past weekend I decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure and therefore had an array of colors to choose from. I spotted this beautiful Pinky Coral color that had a slight hint of orange and I fell in love.
Main Polish: Essie in Cute As A Button
What do you think of this color?
Essie Polishes are $8 each and since I think this is pretty pricey for a nail polish I went in search for a dupe at a more affordable price and I found one that is prettttty close!
Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear in Coral Reef
Retailing at $2.99, this is a much affordable option.
