This past Saturday I was invited to shop at my local Dots (I’ll share more details on that in another post). Normally when shopping I like to throw on flats and be comfortable since you are constantly changing but since I was only visiting one store I decided to throw on some cute heeled boots since I was dressed pretty casual.

Sheer Floral Top & Leggings from Mandees

I love leggings (what girl doesn’t?!) and Mandee is definitely my go to store for them. They always have them in stock and they come in a variety of styles. These particular ones are a thicker material and are super comfy. I wish I got a few of this particular style because they are the PERFECT legging but I haven’t been able to find them again.

Boots by Matiko Shoes, the Dakota Boot in black. I’m loving the “western” look of these and the tassel is a great addition to the boot. I purchased these from Karmaloop and they have since sold out but you can find them HERE.

Also shown is by far my FAVORITE double finger ring that I own. It is by Erica Anenberg and features 100 Swarovski Crystals.

FALL FOR THIS! Mandee Fall Lookbook 2013

Guess what ladies? Mandee has launched their new Fall Collection!

As usual, they have delivered a collection that stands out and is super versatile. Prints are big this season as well as layering and faux leather. I love how the lookbook features a midi dress with combat boots as well as graphic leggings with wedge sneakers. These two looks show how you can mix up your attire from a day to night look with just a simple change of a shoe. Here are a few looks:

Faux Leather Paneling, as seen in this jacket as well as the skirt below, is huge this season! Expect to see it on jackets, dresses and jeans.

Riding boots will always be my favorite Fall trend. I was able to visit Mandee before my vacation and they have an array of styles avaliable to suit everyones taste so make sure to check those out while shopping. If you like to wait until later in the season to pull out those boots, they also have some great colored flats in stock. I picked up a nude and mint pair and I’m in love with the style and fit of them.

I picked up the Aztec Flyaway cardigan (seen above) for vacation and the shape and fit is amazing. (sorry! no pictures to share since it was so chilly I wore a jacket over it) I also was able to pick up one of their midi dresses. The lookbook featured it in a beautiful blue and black aztec print but I decided on the tan and black midi.

Last week I attended a beautiful wedding for my boyfriends co-worker. The last few months at work have been beyond busy that I totally forgot to pick something up to wear. You would think my closet wasn’t filled with beautiful dresses appropriate for the occasion… it is, but it’s a female thing. I needed something new and preferably with long sleeves since I’ve been self conscious about not hitting up the gym as frequently as I should have been. In typical last-minute fashion, I browsed through all of my favorite online boutiques and shops on a Monday for a Friday wedding! After hours of comparing different sites and dresses I finally found the one on ASOS.

I’ve admired many things on ASOS in the past but I always skipped on purchasing because I know they are located in the UK and I thought it would just take TOO long to get to NJ. I decided to purchase this dress and even though I was offered free shipping, I paid $12 for an express 2 day shipment. BEST DECISION EVER! My dress arrived on Thursday and fit amazing.
