If you are an Urban Decay lipstick lover like I am, you probably noticed that the Revolution lippies have been 50% off! I really wasn’t sure why they were discontinuing them but then they announced their NEW collection – VICE! This collection includes 100 shades, some which are just carrying over from the Revolution line as well as some brand new ones.

I’m a sucker for good packaging and I love the gunmetal case with gold accent AND the shade matching label on the bottom of the lipstick. I’m a lipstick hoarder so this makes it easy for me to grab a shade on the go without having to open every single one.

This collection includes 6 different finishes – Mega Matte, Comfort Matte, Cream, Metallized, Sheer and Sheer Shimmer. The range of shades includes everything from neutrals to sexy reds to darks and everything in-between.

I was able to get my hands on 3 of the cream shades from their NYC launch party.

-Disobedient

-No Tell Motel

While I still need to test out the other formulas, the creamy is ULTRA creamy and glides on like butter. I appreciate a lipstick that feels like it’s moisturizing my lips rather than drying them out. Urban Decay products always pack a punch and the pigmentation of these are A+!

Retailing for $17 (a tad bit lower than the previous Revolution lippies) the VICE collection goes on sale June 5th and will be available at UrbanDecay.com, Sephora and Ulta.

With Christmas being only 12 days away, I wanted to give you some last minute Stocking Stuffer ideas that you can purchase online or in store at your local Sephora for the Beauty lover on your list for UNDER $25!

A few months ago I purchased the Kat Von D Spellbinding Lipstick Set through Sephora online. It was a MUST HAVE for me because it allowed me to test out 10 different shades of lipstick. Even though the lipsticks are tiny, you will get a lot of wear from just 1 tube and they are the perfect size to throw in your clutch for a night out.

Here’s a look at the packaging and the products:

Colors from Left to Right:

Backstage Bambi, Lovecraft, Thin Lizzy, Underage Red, Ritual,

Mau5, A Go-Go, l.u.v, Bachelorette, & Vampira

I haven’t been able to test out every color but so far I absolutely love them! They are so pigmented and are long-lasting while leaving your lips moisturized. I love the versatility of the colors as well. This set includes neutral tones like Lovecraft and Ritual to colors that POP and are sure to stand out like Vampira, l.u.v and A Go-Go.

Color: A-Go-Go

Needless to say… Orange is not my color. Some woman can really pull this color off though and for those who can it is fabulous!

Color: Vampira

Vamperia is such a great deep color – perfect for Fall & Winter.

Color: Underage Red

This is such a great red that looks perfect year round.

This set is SOLD OUT on Sephora 🙁 but with a little google search I saw there was a few listed on EBay & Amazon but at a higher mark up. Some of the colors are available in full size tubes HERE.

What do you think about this kit?

I haven’t done a mani post in a few weeks and while I had some good ones; I wanted to share my latest one you first. I’m not sure if it was because I was away from home for too long and never made it to the nail salon while in Europe but on the flight back home I ended up biting my nails… I know, I’m ashamed. I haven’t bit my nails in years! Anyway – when I got home I had to try to make the best of the situation. When you don’t have much to work with, you have to just make the best of it and that basically means no bright colors or your baby nails will stand out and look terrible.

I decided to go with Sephora by O.P.I in Metro Chic (not much chic about this manicure though)

Thoughts on the color?

I usually stay away from earth tones but I’m actually really digging this color.
